CBH can help with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, fears and phobias, low confidence, unhelpful habits, emotional eating, weight management, sleep difficulties, and the persistent feeling of being stuck or overwhelmed. It is a practical, solution-focused approach that supports lasting change by addressing the automatic patterns of thought, emotion and behaviour that maintain those problems.
Rather than dwelling on past events, hypnotherapy concentrates on how your mind is responding in the present moment. We explore the triggers, bodily sensations and mental habits that keep you stuck, then use guided relaxation, focused attention and positive suggestion to gently retrain those responses. Hypnotherapy is collaborative and tailored to your needs. Sessions are relaxed and safe; you remain fully in control while we work together to create practical, achievable changes that integrate into your everyday life

Each session begins with a calm, supportive conversation to understand what you’re experiencing and what you’d like to change. We then work with tailored CBT strategies and, where appropriate, hypnosis to help reinforce new ways of thinking and responding. You will always be involved, and in control throughout the session.

No. Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of attention, similar to daydreaming or becoming absorbed in a book. You remain fully aware and in control at all times and can speak, move, or stop whenever you wish. Hypnotherapy is about collaboration, not control.

This varies depending on the issue and the individual. Some clients notice meaningful changes within a few sessions, while others benefit from a course of structured work.
We’ll discuss a recommended plan after your initial session so you have clear, realistic expectations. -
A 50-minute session is priced at £110 for adults and £90 for children and teenagers.
If, following your initial consultation, a course of sessions is recommended, this will be discussed with you so you have a clear understanding of what support may be helpful.
If finances are a concern, please feel comfortable mentioning this during your consultation. Where appropriate, we can gently explore whether any flexible options might be available.
